1. Returns
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Any item not in its original condition or damaged after delivery
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item)
4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect
- If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
