1. Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
    • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
    • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Any item not in its original condition or damaged after delivery

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved:
    • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item)

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos and order details so we can resolve the issue quickly
